1. Scope and seller identity
These Purchase Terms apply when you, as a consumer, buy physical products — including the Dose POKT pill dispenser — through the webshop at dosemedbox.com (the "Webshop"). They apply in addition to, and take precedence over, the general User Terms where the two conflict on a purchase-specific matter.
The seller is Dose Medbox International AB ("DMI", "we", "us"), a company registered in Sweden with registration number 559159-8429, address E A Rosengrens Gata 32, 421 31 Västra Frölunda, Sweden, email info@dosemedbox.com (general and legal enquiries) or support@dosemedbox.com (customer service).
The Webshop sells to private consumers resident in Sweden only.
Personal data you provide when placing an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. The product
DMI sells the Dose POKT pill dispenser, as described on the product page at the time of your order. The Dose POKT is a storage aid for organizing medication and is not a medical device; it does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any medical condition, and using it does not replace guidance from a healthcare professional.
Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product (packaging, color).
3. Price and payment
All prices in the Webshop are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include Swedish value-added tax (VAT) at the applicable rate. Shipping within Sweden is free of charge. The price shown at checkout is therefore the total amount you will pay; no further charges are added afterwards for that order.
We accept payment via Klarna and Kustom, including the payment options they offer at checkout (such as card payment, invoice, and instalments, where available). Payment is processed by our payment provider(s); DMI does not store your full card details. If you choose an invoice or instalment option, that credit is provided by Klarna or Kustom under their own
terms, not by DMI. Your order is confirmed once payment has been approved and you receive an order confirmation by email.
4. Order and formation of contract
An order is placed when you complete checkout in the Webshop. A binding agreement of purchase is formed once we send you an order confirmation by email. DMI reserves the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, pricing, or stock availability shown in the Webshop. We reserve the right to cancel an order — for example due to an out-of-stock item or a pricing error — in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full without undue delay.
5. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within Sweden only, using PostNord. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the order confirmation, as shown at checkout. Risk for the product passes to you when you, or a person you have designated, physically takes possession of the goods.
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days , without giving any reason, in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen, SFS 2005:59), which implements the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Withdrawal period. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the product.
How to withdraw. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement — for example an email to support@dosemedbox.com. You may, but do not have to, use the model withdrawal form below. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Returning the goods. If you withdraw from the contract, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. Once we have received your notice of withdrawal, we will email you a return shipping label. Returns are free of charge. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we will reimburse the full amount you paid for the goods, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We may deduct any diminished value of the goods, as described above, from the refund amount. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction and you will not incur any fee for such reimbursement.
60-day return guarantee. In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal above, DMI offers a voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee: you may return your Dose POKT within 60 days of your order date for a full refund, even if you have used the product. To qualify for this guarantee, the product must be returned complete and not damaged beyond what is expected from normal testing and use. Returns under this 60-day guarantee are free of charge, in the same way as returns under the statutory 14-day right above. This voluntary guarantee is offered at DMI's discretion and does not limit, replace, or affect your statutory rights under this Section 6 or your rights under Section 7 (Complaints and statutory warranty).

7. Complaints and statutory warranty
If the product is defective you can submit a complaint.
Depending on the circumstances, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or to cancel the purchase. To make a complaint, simply email us at support@dosemedbox.com with a description of the fault. This statutory right exists independently of, and in addition to, any commercial guarantee that may be offered on a specific product.
8. Liability
DMI is liable for defects and delays in accordance with the statutory consumer rights described in Sections 6 and 7 above; these rights cannot be limited or excluded by agreement. Nothing in
these Purchase Terms, or in the general User Terms, limits DMI's liability for personal injury or for matters that cannot be limited under mandatory Swedish law. Beyond this, DMI's liability is as set out in the general User Terms.
9. Force majeure
DMI is not liable for delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Purchase Terms if the delay or failure results from circumstances beyond DMI's reasonable control — for example extreme weather, fire, war, government action, labour disputes (including at a carrier such as PostNord), or significant disruptions to transport or IT infrastructure. This does not affect your statutory rights under Sections 6 and 7 above.
10. Governing law
These Purchase Terms are governed by Swedish law. This does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
